Given that,

x + y = 6 ……………….. (i)

y + z = 4 …………………(ii)

z + x = 2 ………………..(iii)

Adding (i), (ii) and (iii)

x + y - y - z + z + x = 6 - 4 + 2

=> 2x=4

=> x =2, y=4, z=0

∴ 2y - z - x = 8 - 0 - 2 = 6
